NOTE acquires Kasdon for $38 million

Swedish electronics manufacturer NOTE acquired Kasdon Electronics for $38 million, expanding its footprint in the UK contract manufacturing sector. Kasdon provides advanced electronics design, prototyping, and assembly services for industrial and consumer applications. The acquisition supports NOTE’s strategic goal of scaling production capacity and strengthening local supply chains. Kasdon’s innovation in printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and automation technologies enhances NOTE’s manufacturing efficiency and flexibility. Baristride Group’s ALH acquires Dataway Systems for $1M

Baristride Group’s subsidiary, ALH, acquired Dataway Systems for $1 million to expand its IT consultancy and managed services portfolio. Dataway Systems specializes in IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions for SMEs. The acquisition strengthens ALH’s technology capabilities by integrating Dataway’s expertise in system architecture, cybersecurity, and IT optimization. Strategically, it enhances ALH’s footprint in digital transformation and managed IT services. Kanematsu Electronics acquires Root Riff

Kanematsu Electronics announced its acquisition of Root Riff, an IT infrastructure and consulting services firm, aiming to strengthen its position in Japan’s enterprise technology market. Root Riff brings advanced expertise in cloud computing, system integration, and network modernization. The deal enables Kanematsu Electronics to accelerate its digital infrastructure transformation offerings, particularly in hybrid cloud and cybersecurity solutions. By combining Root Riff’s innovation in cloud-native architecture with Kanematsu’s industrial technology ecosystem, the acquisition enhances operational agility and customer experience. Estimated at a mid-seven-figure value, the transaction aligns with Kanematsu’s growth strategy to become a leading end-to-end digital solutions provider.
