Lendware buys assets of Aidium

Lendware’s acquisition of selected assets from Aidium, a provider of mortgage CRM and automation software, is a targeted move to enrich its product portfolio in the mortgage servicing space. By absorbing Aidium’s technology stack—customer relationship modules, workflow engines, loan servicing automation—Lendware aims to accelerate its roadmap and reduce time-to-market. The focus is on combining underwriting, servicing, and customer engagement workflows under one umbrella. Although the purchase price hasn’t been publicly revealed, this bolt-on acquisition signals Lendware’s intention to scale via technology consolidation rather than organic development alone.

Carta acquires Sirvatus

Carta acquired Sirvatus, a loan administration software platform for private credit funds, to extend its scope beyond equity/fund management into loan operations, creating an integrated “ERP for private capital.” The strategic purpose: unify loan administration, fund accounting, and investor reporting in one system, replacing disjointed manual workflows. Technologically, the deal allows Carta to ingest complex loan terms (PIK toggles, amendments, cash sweeps) and automate reconciliation and reporting. The financial terms were not disclosed.

HealthStream acquires Virsys12

HealthStream acquired Virsys12, a provider data management and credentialing software company, in a deal valued at up to US$17 million in cash, including earn-outs and post-closing adjustments. The acquisition deepens HealthStream’s offering for payers and health plans by adding automated provider data cleaning, ingestion, and credentialing capabilities. Strategically, the move expands its credentialing suite and streamlines network management. The technology innovation lies in Virsys12’s engine for real-time provider record monitoring and integration with HealthStream’s existing provider record infrastructure.

Vista Equity / OfficeSpace acquires Dojo AI

Vista Equity Partners’ portfolio company OfficeSpace acquired Dojo AI, a workplace planning and analytics software specialist, to enhance its capability in intelligent space utilization, occupancy analytics, and predictive modeling. (No public value disclosed.) The strategic purpose is to transform traditional facilities management into data-driven operations, embedding AI-powered insights into space planning and real estate decisions. The technology integration allows OfficeSpace to offer predictive analytics, simulation, and optimization tools to clients, elevating its product from static space management to a forward-looking, AI-infused platform.
