Enhesa Acquires TotalSDS
Enhesa has acquired TotalSDS, a U.S. specialist provider of safety-data-sheet (SDS) authoring software. The purpose: to embed SDS authoring and management workflows directly into Enhesa’s regulatory intelligence platform, creating a seamless “create-update-distribute” compliance workflow across jurisdictions and languages. Strategically, this strengthens Enhesa’s positioning as a one-stop solution for chemical and product compliance intelligence. On technology & innovation, TotalSDS brings digital automation of SDS workflows—eliminating manual binder-based work and using AI-enabled processes for speed and accuracy. Deal size was not publicly disclosed, but it marks another strategic add-on in Enhesa’s growth plan.
Prospanica Acquires Techqueria
Prospanica has acquired Techqueria, a nonprofit community advancing Latino representation in the tech industry. The purpose: to unite business leadership and tech communities under one umbrella, thereby accelerating opportunities, inclusion and innovation for Latino professionals. Strategically, Prospanica expands beyond its business-professional network into technology and innovation, offering mentorship, development and access across sectors. Techqueria contributes a vibrant tech-community ecosystem; together the organizations aim to fuel diverse talent pipelines, innovation leadership and industry partnerships. The deal valuation was not disclosed.
Appiness Interactive Acquires iLumaLab
Appiness Interactive has acquired iLumaLab, a San Francisco-based bespoke AI services firm. The purpose: to bolster Appiness’s global expansion and strengthen its AI Centre of Excellence (AI-CoE) and AI ecosystem (“Appyverse”). Strategically, the acquisition deepens Appiness’ North American footprint and embeds high-end AI innovation into its consulting services. Technologically, iLumaLab brings custom AI solutions combining automation, data intelligence and human-centred design, accelerating innovation in enterprise AI adoption. While no public valuation is given, the move marks a pivotal step in Appiness’s transformation into a global AI-driven organisation.
Synova Acquires Allgeier IT Services
Synova has agreed to acquire Allgeier IT Services GmbH (AITS) from Allgeier SE, a German IT-services firm specialising in cloud, cybersecurity, data & AI. The purpose: to enter the German IT-services market via a platform business and drive a buy-and-build strategy in Europe. Strategically, Synova backs AITS to scale its service offerings and consolidate a fragmented market. On technology and innovation, AITS brings platform capabilities around cloud services, data & AI—enabling Synova to tap those growth segments. The target has ~€50 m revenue and the deal is valued in the upper double-digit million euro range (≈ €70-80 m) with ~9-10× EV/EBITDA.
