Logicbroker Acquires Virtualstock Logicbroker, a U.S.-based company, has acquired Virtualstock, the UK’s largest dropshipping platform, to strengthen its global leadership in intelligent digital commerce. Virtualstock processes over 8 million orders annually and powers online commerce for major brands like John Lewis and Argos.
