Channelize.io Acquires LiveScale

Channelize.io acquired LiveScale, a social commerce software provider, to strengthen its position in livestream shopping and creator-driven commerce. The deal expands Channelize.io’s technology stack with LiveScale’s interactive video commerce platform, enabling brands to deliver immersive, real-time shopping experiences. LiveScale brings livestream engagement tools, advanced analytics, and integrated checkout capabilities. Financial details were not disclosed.

ECI Software Solutions Acquires Amper Technologies

ECI Software Solutions, owned by Leonard Green & Partners, acquired Amper Technologies, a manufacturing execution systems software vendor. The deal expands ECI’s smart manufacturing capabilities with Amper’s real-time machine monitoring and data intelligence platform. Amper’s IoT-based technology helps manufacturers track production, downtime, and performance without complex installations. Financial details were not disclosed.

Inveniam Acquires Swarm

Inveniam acquired Swarm, an asset tokenization and trading software specialist, to accelerate its digital asset infrastructure strategy. Swarm brings blockchain-based tokenization capabilities, compliance tools, and programmable logic for regulated asset issuance. The deal positions Inveniam to offer end-to-end digital asset workflows across valuation, tokenization, and secondary trading. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Wrapbook Acquires Cinapse

Wrapbook acquired Cinapse, a software provider for entertainment production scheduling, to enhance its film and TV production management platform. Cinapse’s scheduling workflow will be integrated with Wrapbook’s payroll, budgeting, and production finance tools. Financial terms were not disclosed.

GOUT Technologies Acquires DAOBase

GOUT Technologies acquired DAOBase, a decentralized data infrastructure management software developer. DAOBase provides tools for managing distributed databases with secure, scalable, and autonomous operations. The deal supports GOUT Technologies’ strategy to expand in decentralized applications and Web3 platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
