LambdaTest secures $38 mn in VC funding led by Avataar Ventures

LambdaTest, a cloud-based unified testing platform, has raised $38 million in a VC funding round led by Avataar Ventures, with Qualcomm Ventures also participating.

This latest round brings the company’s total funding to $108 million, supporting its aim to democratize quality engineering and redefine industry standards with innovative solutions like KaneAI, its new AI-driven QA platform.

With over 15,000 customers, including Fortune 500 and G2000 companies, LambdaTest has become a leader in the quality assurance (QA) domain. Its AI-native platforms, such as KaneAI and HyperExecute, are setting new benchmarks for speed, precision, and scalability in software testing.

Key Innovations

KaneAI: An AI-powered QA automation Agent-as-a-Service, reducing manual test script generation by up to 70 percent.

HyperExecute: An AI-driven unified test execution and orchestration cloud that delivers 2.5x faster resolutions and 60 percent quicker error detection, enabling test execution up to 70 percent faster than traditional cloud grids.

The company’s solutions address the increasing complexity of software development lifecycles, offering tools that streamline QA processes and reduce manual efforts. With a 105 percent year-on-year growth, LambdaTest serves 2.3 million developers and testers globally and has executed over 1.2 billion tests to date.

Founded in 2017, LambdaTest has secured nearly $70 million in prior funding from prominent investors, including Premji Invest and Sequoia Capital India.
