Jurisphere Raises $2.2 mn to Scale Outcome-Based Legal AI Platform and Global Lawyer Network

Jurisphere.ai, an emerging outcome-driven legal AI platform, has secured $2.2 million in funding from leading investors including InfoEdge Ventures, Flourish Ventures, Antler, and 8i Ventures, marking a significant step in its mission to transform legal service delivery through artificial intelligence and human expertise.

Jurisphere co-founders

Founded in 2024 by Manas Khandelwal, Varun Khandelwal, and Sumit Ghosh, an IIT Delhi computer science graduate, Jurisphere is rethinking how legal workflows are executed. The platform has already gained traction, with more than 500 teams across law firms, enterprises, and public institutions using its AI-powered workspace for legal research, document review, drafting, and collaboration.

Jurisphere’s strategic pivot reflects a broader shift in the legal technology landscape – moving beyond standalone tools toward outcome-based execution. The company emphasizes that productivity gains alone are insufficient without integrating the right legal expertise at the right time. To address this, Jurisphere is building a marketplace that connects clients with a structured network of legal professionals operating within a shared AI environment.

This hybrid model enables lawyers to access high-intent demand while leveraging AI-driven workflows, and allows clients to move seamlessly from legal queries to execution. Importantly, legal services continue to be delivered by independent firms and professionals, with Jurisphere providing the underlying infrastructure, intelligence, and workflow orchestration.

Co-founder Varun Khandelwal said that the future of legal AI lies in enabling execution rather than just improving efficiency. He noted that the platform is designed to continuously learn from real-world legal processes, adapt to business context, and guide decision-making over time. The goal is not to replace lawyers but to enhance their capabilities through compounding intelligence.

Investors see Jurisphere’s model as addressing a critical gap in the legal ecosystem. Backers point to the company’s focus on outcomes, strong product adoption, and access to a broad legal network as key differentiators in a rapidly evolving market. The convergence of AI-driven workflows with human expertise is increasingly viewed as the next phase of innovation in legal services.

With the fresh VC funding, Jurisphere plans to expand its global footprint and build what it aims to be the world’s largest network of AI-native legal professionals. The company’s long-term vision is to integrate software, workflows, and human expertise into a unified platform that delivers faster, more reliable legal outcomes at scale.
