Glia, a provider of Digital Customer Service (DCS), has raised $45 million in Series D funding led by Insight Partners.
Existing investor Wildcat Capital Management as well as new strategic investors, including RingCentral Ventures, have participated during VC funding round. This latest round of financing brings Glia’s total funding to $152 million.
Glia will use the additional capital toward research and development. Glia plans to invest in advanced AI, analytics, messaging, voice, and video capabilities.
