Table22 Closes $11 mn

Table22, an e-commerce platform for food and beverage merchants, has raised $11 million in Series A funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with additional investments from Footwork and Forerunner Ventures and Alt Capital, as well as individual participants including founders of and leaders from category-leading companies like Square, BentoBox, and SevenRooms.

Table22 will use the capital to enhance its platform, helping businesses with tools for commerce, fulfillment, and marketing across the U.S.

GMI Cloud Raises $82 mn

GMI Cloud, an AI-native cloud provider, has raised $82 million, led by Headline Asia, Banpu Next, and Wistron Corporation.

GMI Cloud aims to advance AI applications globally. The funding will open a new U.S. data center, supporting global AI scalability and catering to the rising demand for GPU-driven AI solutions.

Zenity Secures $38 mn

Zenity, a leader in securing agentic AI workflows, has raised $38 million in a Series B funding round co-led by Third Point Ventures and DTCP, with participation from Intel Capital and Vertex Ventures.

Zenity’s AI technology, helps secure workflows across financial, manufacturing, and tech sectors. The funds will accelerate the launch of a partner program to support enterprises worldwide adopting AI applications.

Tilled Raises $12.5 mn

Tilled, a Boulder-based startup, has announced a $12.5 million funding round led by Canvas Ventures and UPC Capital Ventures. This round raises Tilled’s total funding to nearly $40 million, underscoring investor confidence in its innovative approach to PayFac-as-a-Service, a model designed to help software companies realize the full potential of embedded payments.

This funding will enable Tilled to enhance its product roadmap and accelerate sales and marketing efforts in response to its 550 percent year-over-year growth.

Andium Secures $21.7 mn

Andium, a provider of Industrial Internet of Things solutions for emissions monitoring, has raised $21.7 million in Series B funding. Led by Aramco Ventures, the round also included participation from Climate Investment, Intrepid Financial Partners, and former Citadel CIO Thomas Miglis.

This investment brings Andium’s total funding to over $40 million, following its Series A round in 2021.

The Series B funding will support Andium’s expansion into new oil and gas fields in the U.S. and the Middle East, as well as the reduction of technology and equipment costs.
