CompStak raises $50 mn in Series C funding led by Morgan Stanley

CompStak, a provider of data and analytics solutions for real estate industry, has raised $50 million in Series C funding.
Dollar spending on technologyMorgan Stanley Expansion Capital led the investment round with participation from Mitsui Fudosan’s CVC Fund and Crow Holdings, and several existing investors, including Canaan Partners & IA Capital.

CompStak raised $78 million to date.

CompStak’s clients include Tishman Speyer, Vornado, Alliance Bernstein, and Wells Fargo, Google, Partners Group, PwC and Stag Industrial, etc.

CompStak will use the Series C funding to accelerate the expansion of lease and sale comp data into new asset classes and will bring growth in data sets, products, and markets.
