Arthur raises $15 mn in Series A funding round led by Index Ventures

Arthur has closed $15 million in a Series A funding round — led by Index Ventures, and includes new investors Acrew and Plexo Capital.

Arthur raised $3.3 million in seed funding from Index, Homebrew, Work-Bench Capital, and AME Ventures in 2019, and all of its existing investors participated in this latest round. In addition to Wenchel, the Arthur co-founders include Liz O’Sullivan, John Dickerson, and Keegan Hines.

“AI is embedded in so many industries where we need to know how these models are working to ensure both high performance and transparency,” says Arthur co-founder and CEO Adam Wenchel.
