The bank reduced the processes time from 5-7 days to 3-4 days, which translated into 40 percent reduction in turnaround time.
Automation and enhanced level of communication has given impetus to the decision making ability by more than 70 percent.
SharePoint has enabled the creation of individual discussion forums and personal blogs, helping build a strong knowledge base.
Creation of rich dashboards that aggregate content from several sources has helped YES Bank in analyzing the latest and real-time information to quickly identify key opportunities and trends
