Yardi Genesis for Self Storage is build on the Yardi Genesis platform and automates day to day operations and a full accounting system including a powerful general ledger with A/R and A/P.
The company said all operating and accounting data is centralized and accessible 24/7 with an internet connection.
According to Yardi, Yardi Genesis Suite offers all-in-one functionality for self storage with optional add-on products for marketing, leasing, insurance, payment processing, and tenant services.
Self storage clients can leverage Yardi to revolutionize the self storage industry.
The company will support all Store products including Store Enterprise and Store Advantage which meets the needs of self storage operators of all sizes.
User can access analytics and site data anytime using an iPhone or iPad while Operators can easily track move-ins and move-outs and perform walk-through audits with Store Mobile app.
