The annual report of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has revealed the salary of K Krithivasan, the CEO and MD of TCS and N G Subramaniam, the former COO and ED.
K Krithivasan, the CEO and MD of TCS, received a salary of ₹139.5 lakh, benefits, perquisites, and allowances of ₹212.8 lakh, and a commission of ₹2,300 lakh.
N G Subramaniam, who ceased to be COO and ED as of May 20, 2024, received a salary of ₹30.7 lakh, benefits, perquisites, and allowances of ₹724.7 lakh, and a commission of ₹400 lakh.
Both did not participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Scheme.
The management team of TCS includes K Krithivasan as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Aarthi Subramanian as the Executive Director, President and Chief Operating Officer, Samir Seksaria as the Chief Financial Officer, Milind Lakkad as the Chief Human Resources Officer, and Sudeep Kunnumal as the Chief Human Resources Officer Designate. The team also comprises Mangesh Sathe as Chief Strategy Officer, Dr. Harrick Vin as Chief Technology Officer, Abhinav Kumar as Chief Marketing Officer, Madhav Anchan as General Counsel Legal, and Yashaswin Sheth as Company Secretary.
The business heads are Susheel Vasudevan for Banking Financial Services and Insurance, Shankar Narayanan for Banking Financial Services and Insurance, Debashis Ghosh for Life Sciences, Healthcare, Energy, Resources and Utilities, Krishnan Ramanujam for Consumer Business Group, Anupam Singhal for Manufacturing, V Rajanna for Technology, Software and Services, and Akhilesh Tiwari for Communications, Media and Information Services.
