Vidyo offers NCR video communication technology

Vidyo and NCR announced a global OEM agreement to bring Vidyo’s video communication technology to NCR’s Interactive Teller and other omni-channel video solutions worldwide.

Under the terms of the agreement, NCR’s Interactive Teller will leverage the Vidyo’s technology to embed video banking capabilities within the system.

NCR said this facility is expected to give customers the choice of self-service or connecting with a remote teller in a  personalized, secure, audio/video interaction.

Jed Taylor, Vice President and General Manager, Community Bank Software & Global Video Services, NCR said, “Vidyo delivers unmatched video quality and security and is our preferred partner to video-enable our NCR Interactive Teller and our future omni-channel video offerings.”
