Vidyo offers NCR video communication technology

Vidyo and NCR announced a global OEM agreement to bring Vidyo’s video communication technology to NCR’s Interactive Teller and other omni-channel video solutions worldwide.

Under the terms of the agreement, NCR’s Interactive Teller will leverage the Vidyo’s technology to embed video banking capabilities within the system.

NCR said this facility is expected to give customers the choice of self-service or connecting with a remote teller in a  personalized, secure, audio/video interaction.
