Vicstock Grain taps Eka Software

Eka Software Solutions said that Vicstock Grain, an agribusiness company in Australia, has selected Eka’s InSight CM – site automation control software to manage resources at its agricultural grain handling and export facilities.

Vicstock Grain, which exports grain from its Albany port in Western Australia, maximizes throughput and efficiency throughout the agriculture supply chain by utilizing Eka Software.

This apart, Vicstock Grain will gain from Eka’s Site Automation Control software that provides real-time visibility into all operations using reporting and analytics suite including operations, productivity, equipment usage, tonnes passed over equipment, run hours, inventory, quality data, and maintenance and delay accounting.

“The largest and most efficient bulk commodity companies in the world use our trading, risk management, and bulk handling software to manage trading and bulk handling operations,” said Wah Chu, vice president, Global Services & Support, Eka.

The company claims that four out of the top five agricultural traders including Bunge, Cargill, Glencore, and Louis Dreyfus are Eka customers.
