UST expands hiring footprint with new offices in Noida and Gurgaon

UST, a leading digital transformation company, has bolstered its presence in North India with the opening of two new offices in the Delhi NCR region — a 256-seater facility in Gurugram and a 215-seater office in Noida. These new workspaces mark a strategic consolidation of the company’s operations in the region and are aligned with its aggressive talent expansion plans across India.

The move underscores UST’s commitment to scaling up hiring in key technology hubs. With the new offices, the company aims to tap into the rich talent pool of the NCR region, further enhancing its ability to deliver digital services to clients in sectors such as telecom, healthcare, retail, hi-tech, engineering, and automotive.

The inauguration ceremonies were led by senior UST leaders including Sunil Balakrishnan, Chief Values Officer and Global Head of Development Center Operations; Sarath Raj, Head of HR BSE; and Chandrasekaran Sundaresan, Center Head – UST Delhi, along with other associates.

“We are witnessing significant growth in the IT sector across Delhi NCR. Our continued expansion in the region strengthens our workforce strategy and supports our vision of innovation-led delivery,” Chandrasekaran Sundaresan, Center Head – UST Delhi, said.

Employee-centric design is a key highlight of the new locations. The Noida office boasts a turf and full-service cafeteria, while the Gurugram facility is also set to offer engaging amenities, creating a vibrant work environment to attract and retain top talent.

The Delhi NCR expansion is part of UST’s broader hiring strategy across India. In recent months, the company opened a 300-seater office in Bengaluru and a 1,000-seater facility in Pune with a vision to generate 6,000 new jobs in the city over five years. UST also laid the foundation for a second campus in Kochi, where it plans to add 3,000 new roles by 2030.

With more than 20,000 employees in India and operations across cities including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Pune, and Chennai, UST continues to scale its talent base to meet growing demand for digital transformation services.
