Union Bank selects Aliaswire’s electronic bill payment platform

Infotech Lead America: Union Bank has selected Aliaswire’s DirectBiller electronic bill presentment and payment platform for commercial clients.

The financial services company plans to use DirectBillerto enable business clients to present bills and/or paper online and collect electronic payments using a hosted environment.

It clients can select several configurations, generate comprehensive reports, and take advantage of rapid time to market – all while offering multiple options for accessing and paying bills, including web, mobile, voice or agent.

“DirectBiller will enable clients to provide their customers with a streamlined billing and payment process which will allow them to focus more of their efforts on growing and managing their business,” said Don Gilmore, Union Bank senior vice president and head of product management.
