Two US Medicare providers pick CallidusCloud Insurance ICM solution

Infotech Lead America: Callidus Software, a provider of sales effectiveness and cloud computing, announced that CallidusCloud’s Insurance Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solution has been selected by two major U.S. providers of Medicare and basic health plans.

Tom Davis, CallidusCloud’s vice president of sales and marketing for Insurance business said that these companies will be using ICM solution to automate the way they process and pay commissions and bonuses, and to tap into rich sales analytics.

He added that these companies will also gain strong insight into the performance of their agents, affiliates and producers.

CallidusCloud claims the leading position of the industry with 112 insurance compensation management customers. The company said its ICM solution is built to deliver extreme automation in integration, plan configuration, producer management, payout calculation and communication.

Furthermore, ICM is configurable solution supporting rapid deployment, ease of use and reduced operational complexity.

As part of the solution, the producer portal allows for web-based delivery of payment and performance-related information through the web or a CRM system.

Russian telecom company taps CallidusCloud Commissions Solution

Recently, a major telecommunications company in Russia selected CallidusCloud’s Commissions solution to manage commissions across its internal and external sales channels.
