IT firm Tech Mahindra will assist Volvo Cars for its application maintenance and development initiative.
As per the IT deal, Volvo Cars will benefit from increased efficiency and reduced costs. Tech Mahindra will offer application maintenance and development across multiple domains, including manufacturing, product development, marketing, sales and reporting.
“We see this contract as an opportunity to increase our contribution to Volvo cars and further develop our business in the region. Our plans include proactive investment and recruitment from both local universities and the local business domain pool,” said Vikram Nair, head – Europe, Tech Mahindra.
