Tech Mahindra, a provider of technology consulting and digital solutions, has entered into a tech deal with Hanab, a top-tier multi-utility service provider in the Netherlands. The collaboration is set to modernize and future-proof Hanab’s IT infrastructure, supporting the company’s operational independence following its acquisition by Triton Partners.

As Hanab carves out its operations from its former parent organization, Tech Mahindra will lead the transformation of its digital backbone. This includes the deployment of a secure, scalable, and high-performance IT infrastructure, cloud automation, and the implementation of a robust IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. These efforts will streamline operations, improve digital autonomy, and accelerate Hanab’s growth journey.
“Our experience in managing complex carve-outs, coupled with proven frameworks for rapid IT modernization, will ensure that Hanab can accelerate its go-to-market strategies, optimize its processes, and enhance its customer offerings,” Mukul Dhyani, Senior Vice President and Business Head – Continental Europe, Tech Mahindra, said.
The execution of the program ensures that all services meet the highest standards of data integrity, privacy, and operational resilience. Tech Mahindra’s deep domain expertise in the manufacturing and industrial sectors — backed by over 300 engagements across Europe — positions it as a trusted digital transformation partner for Hanab.
“Partnering with Tech Mahindra ensures that we will be able to migrate successfully and build a robust IT foundation that supports our long-term vision,” said Eddy Spolspoel, CFO, Hanab.
