Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM), one of the leading education trusts in the country, has adopted SAP solutions to transform the way it engages with students and its staff.

SVKM has collaborated with SAP Education to provide certified SAP training courses as supplement to the curriculum. It has also implemented SAP SuccessFactors to effectively manage its expanding faculty and staff count.

Established in 1934, SVKM runs around 30 educational establishments in Mumbai and across India.

The Trust felt the necessity to enhance students’ employability by providing them access to industry-leading training courses on enterprise software and processes to supplement the syllabus.

It also recognized the need to revamp its entire HR operations in an automated manner and boost productivity and performance of its faculty and staff. SVKM worked with SAP Education Partner Seed Infotech and Yash Technologies to implement SAP Education courses and SAP SuccessFactors respectively.

“It was imperative for us to keep up with the pace of change that the industries are witnessing globally and we chose SAP solutions to lead the adoption of this change across all our institutes,” said Amrish Patel, President, Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal and Chancellor, NMIMS.

“ This will improve our students’ ability to explore cross-market opportunities as well as help us realize a wholesome approach to holistic engagement with our faculty and staff,” he added.
