Sun Products taps Accenture to optimize trade promotion spending

Sun Products, a provider of laundry and dish care products, has tapped Accenture to deploy Accenture CAS Trade Promotion Management to optimize trade promotion spending and improve forecasting accuracy.

Using a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, Accenture CAS will deliver all aspects of trade promotion management including account planning and forecasting, promotion planning, funds management, payments and deductions.

Sun Products users located throughout the United States and Canada will be utilizing Accenture CAS to plan and execute trade promotions.

Michael Auslander, chief information officer (CIO) of Sun Products, said: “By leveraging Accenture’s Accelerator application delivery methodology, combined with Accenture’s skilled talent pool and best practices, we expect Accenture CAS to be a strong enabler for Sun Products’ growth.”
