SugarCRM drives Sennheiser, Wilson Sporting Goods, San Jose SaberCats and CitySprint

Infotech Lead America: Enterprises including Sennheiser, Wilson Sporting Goods Co., San Jose SaberCats and CitySprint are deploying SugarCRM.

Larry Augustin, CEO of SugarCRM, said: “To compete in today’s hyper-connected world, sales teams need information right at their fingertips so they can do their jobs more effectively.”

SugarCRM has shared a couple of customer case studies, where its CRM customers benefited from SugarCRM deployments.

For instance, Sennheiser integrates Sugar as a key element of software architecture and is deploying the solution in more than 24 countries. The company selected SugarCRM as its architecture delivers visibility and insight about sales opportunities by pushing one button.

Klaus Holing, CIO of Sennheiser, said: “Our sales teams now have a tool to help them do their jobs more effectively so they can create great customer experiences that result in long-lasting relationships.”

CitySprint selected SugarCRM because of the ease-of-use of the Sugar solution. Sugar’s social media tracking modules and workflow for case management and sales benefited CitySprint.

“We had outgrown our homegrown CRM system and reviewed the market leaders for sales force automation and client management tools,” said Naomi Ward, client services director, CitySprint.

SugarCRM enabled San Jose SaberCats to streamline sales efforts. The company has also improved productivity.

Mike Carrozzo, director of Sales, San Jose SaberCats, said: “The support we have received from the technical staff at SugarCRM has been exemplary and really expedited the learning curve. We are grateful to have them as the new backbone of our sales and marketing efforts.”
