ServiceNow announced the appointment of Arun Balasubramanian as the managing director – India and SAARC.
Arun Balasubramanian will be responsible for leading the Indian team, servicing ServiceNow’s enterprise customer base, developing strategy and accelerating its partner ecosystem.
Arun Balasubramanian joins ServiceNow most recently from Qlik where he led the Indian business. He has also held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, Salesforce, Computer Associates and HP.
