Salesforce announced that SPALDING, a basketball equipment brand, is using Salesforce to provide its customers with personalized and mobile-first experiences.
Spalding has achieved 96 percent increase in revenue per user, 30 percent increase in average order quantity and 51 percent increase in mobile site traffic during the 2018 holiday season.
Spalding has also achieved 270 percent increase in ecommerce revenue and 66 percent increase in average order value.
Matt Day, digital marketing and ecommerce manager, SPALDING, said Spalding deployed Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Einstein Artificial Intelligence (AI).
