Riyadh Airports Company (RAC) has entered into a partnership with Cognizant in a bid to enhance its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and streamline business processes.
The aim of the tech deployment is to revolutionize digital capabilities across finance, human resources, procurement, and planning, ultimately elevating the traveler experience.
Riyadh Airports Company aims to bolster its digital transformation by implementing automation and enterprise applications in collaboration with Cognizant, one of the leaders in IT service business. This alliance signifies a pivotal step in RAC’s pursuit of efficiency, excellence, and unparalleled consumer satisfaction.
The initial phase of this collaboration will witness Cognizant leveraging the SAP Appian framework to establish a robust process automation for airport operations. Leveraging SAP’s globally recognized enterprise ERP software alongside existing SAP and Appian programs, Cognizant aims to optimize RAC’s back-office functions, streamlining operations and enhancing traveler satisfaction.
With Saudi Arabia anticipating over 100 million visitors by 2030, RAC’s strategy emphasizes integrating smarter processes and advanced automation to fortify its position as the country’s busiest airport.
