Reliance Bank launches NCR Interactive Teller in the St. Louis area

Reliance Bank, a subsidiary of Reliance Bancshares, has tapped NCR to launch NCR Interactive Teller in the St. Louis area as part of bringing a new approach to personalized service.

The new software allows a live teller to take remote control of an ATM to assist customers with up to 95 percent of transactions typically completed by tellers inside a branch.

The NCR solution supports the bank’s live teller from a remote location to take control of an ATM-like device while serving the customer over two-way video, which helps to provide a more personalized experience.

Customers of Reliance Bank can perform secure transactions without using a traditional ATM card. Remote tellers can provide cash beyond ATM limits, assist in mortgage payments, cashing checks, and more, said NCR.
