RBA acquires Microsoft CRM and Office 365 division of Meritide

RBA has acquired the Microsoft CRM and Office 365 division of Meritide.

RBA bought Meritide’s CRM and Office 365 practices which include its employees and 145 customers. Meritide will continue providing their other lines of business.

The acquisition enables RBA to add Microsoft CRM solutions to its suite of services.

RBA’s services include custom application development, portals and collaboration, cloud computing, data management, business intelligence solutions and web, social and mobile applications.

“Over the last two years we have had customers ask for our help with their Microsoft CRM implementations due to their past experience of working with us and our track record of delivery,” said Mike Reinhart, RBA President and COO.

“Meritide’s CRM team brings to RBA the Microsoft CRM Gold Competency status and has achieved a Microsoft Dynamics President’s Club membership which is a validation of their great customer references and deep CRM expertise. We see this as an opportunity to expand on our capabilities and provide proven CRM experience to our existing and future clients,” Reinhart added.

The addition of CRM capabilities leverages RBA’s existing expertise with Microsoft’s platform including Windows Server, SQL, SharePoint and .NET.

“We are pleased to be able to transition our CRM and Office 365 practices and customers to RBA, whose proven delivery and Microsoft expertise speaks for itself. This move allows us to focus on our existing core competencies while ensuring our Microsoft CRM and Office 365 employees and customers will continue to be well served in the future,” said Patrick Irestone, founder and president of Meritide.

As part of the agreement, RBA will set up a CRM practice and offer business and technical capabilities in all three of its markets.

“We are very excited to have RBA, a Microsoft National Systems Integrator, making the investment in Dynamics CRM.  With RBA’s strong expertise in Microsoft BI and Application Development, Dynamics CRM is a natural extension to offer additional business value to our mutual clients,” said Lori Vangerud, Microsoft Business Development Manager.
