Ramco Systems has implemented Ramco HCM integrated with Payroll for Portea Medical’s 5,000 associates in 16 plus Indian cities.
The deployment of Ramco HCM has enabled Portea Medical to digitize and automate HR processes, improving visibility across the organization.
Portea Medical moved from a manual, excel based system to an automated HR system from Ramco to integrate its Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Talent Management functions of its varied staff of medical practitioners.
Vaibhav Tewari, COO of Portea Medical said the selection of Ramco Systems was part of the strategy to invest in digital programs to simplify HR operations. The automation of HR function has helped associates to manage self-service tasks such as Leave, Reimbursements and Travel reducing paper work and enabling smoother operations.
