Polaris Financial Technology opens development center in UK

Infotech Lead Asia: Polaris Financial Technology has opened its development center in its Belfast Centre, UK.

The Research, Innovation and Development Centre (RIDC) center enables Polaris to strengthen its position by establishing a dedicated near-shore RIDC, to support transformational outsourcing programs for its strategic customers in Europe.

David Cameron, prime minister of the United Kingdom, says it’s great to see Polaris expanding in Northern Ireland with the introduction of new innovative computing services and creating new jobs in Belfast.

Bikash Mathur, head – Europe Business, Polaris Financial Technology Limited, said: “Our Belfast center is central to our expansion plans in Europe as it enables us to work closely with our customers to manage their business outcomes.”

With the active involvement of the UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), the Belfast RIDC will bring in banking & insurance technology solutions for mission critical engagements and transformational outsourcing programs for the European financial institutions.
