Pacific Speciality Insurance selects Accenture Duck Creek Software

Pacific Speciality Insurance has selected Accenture to deliver its Accenture Duck Creek Suite through Software.

The new software has replaced Pacific Speciality Insurance’s legacy based property and casualty insurance system.

The new system is designed to help Pacific Speciality enhance underwriting effectiveness, reduce loss costs, improve customer retention and drive profitable growth. The system is supported by Microsoft Cloud Platform using Microsoft Azure.

To better serve the agents and customers and to adapt the market changes, the Accenture Duck Creek Suite will support product development, improve policy, billing and claims administration.

With Azure, Aviva now bring innovative solution to the market place, helped customers to save up to 20 percent and reach customers through the devices they use every day.

The Accenture Duck Creek Suite includes policy, rating, billing and claims solutions. Each component can be implemented independently or combined for an integrated approach to manage all aspects of the P&C Insurance lifecycle.

The Accenture Cloud Platform gives the power to manage the organization’s workloads simply and securely across multi clouds in demand, at speed and from a single point. It gives the control over billing, spending, usage and access to in depth analytics.
