Nexus Day Hospital has implemented Tagetik Cloud corporate performance management (CPM) software for consolidation, reporting, due diligence analysis of prospective acquisitions.
The hospital will also have monthly consolidated reporting.
Nexus can report financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, and conduct operational performance analysis at a granular level.
Initially, PricewaterhouseCoopers provided Nexus with the modeling it required to understand the profit drivers of potential acquisition targets during due diligence.
“Our hospitals all use different operational and financial applications, so I needed software that could very easily collect data from multiple systems, consolidate and produce highly formatted reports from one source. I am delighted with Tagetik in all of these aspects,” said Steven Evans, chief financial officer, Nexus Day Hospitals.
Last month, Tagetik and Qlik announced companies completed integration of Tagetik’s cloud based corporate performance management (CPM) platform with the Qlik Analytics Platform.
Unigarant Verzekeringen deployed Tagetik software to meet Solvency II compliance, an EU directive governing EU insurance regulation.
Last year in June, Tagetik was selected by Aggreko Plc and will provide Aggreko with financial consolidation, reporting analytics and planning functionality and mark a distinct improvement from the current solution.
Also, Zavarovalnica Triglav selected Tagetik enterprise wide software solution to disclose its Solvency II reporting requirements.
