Newgen Software, a global provider of content and communication management solutions, on Friday released eGov Suite 11.0 for digital document management.
eGov Suite 11.0 comes with new features like one to many notes sending, multi DAK initiate, multi DAK forward, full text search etc. and security enhancements which will increase the efficiency of an organisation’s existing digital document management systems and processes.
“It has been Newgen’s constant endeavour to ensure that our customer’s key business processes are in line with the latest technological advancements while at the same time being viable for respective organizations,” a company statement said, citing Managing Director and CEO Diwakar Nigam.
eGov Suite 11.0 enables integration with OpAll Viewer and allows viewing and editing of plain as well as annotated images in file formats like TIFF, BMP, GIF, JPEG and HTML documents.
Image operations such as print, zoom, rotate, negate, flip etc. can be done and stamps can be applied.
eGov Suite 11.0 is built on Newgen’s flagship products OmniFlow and OmniDocs. IANS
