NetSuite powers Liberty Bottleworks ecommerce website

NetSuite today said it is powering the ecommerce website of Liberty Bottleworks, a manufacturer and distributor of the American-made recycled metal bottle.

The new website, libertybottles.com, enables Liberty Bottleworks to extend its unique and distinctive brand directly to consumers with an engaging shopping experience accessible from multiple devices.

The company said it will leverage SuiteCommerce’s flexibility and advanced functionality to run its entire business from one unified cloud commerce platform and will manage ecommerce, inventory management, order management, customer support and financials.

Liberty Bottleworks’ new website went live on SuiteCommerce in November 2014 and has achieved improvements in a number of key commerce metrics, including conversion rates, more than a two-fold increase in overall growth for B2C sales and over a 300 percent increase in unique visitors to the site.

Company officials said SuiteCommerce provides the business agility to expand into new markets and sales channels, reduces IT costs and provides seamless, omnichannel shopping experiences.

Additionally, SuiteCommerce’s flexible platform helps Liberty Bottleworks to utilize its existing lifestyle photography to deliver a visually rich shopping experience and also allows Liberty Bottleworks to deliver a mobile-optimized experience.

Also, Liberty Bottleworks keep website content relevant and current for promotions. Customers can also track order status, manage account details, view purchase history and more.

Liberty Bottlework’s staff has access to customer, order and inventory data across all channels at their fingertips and can scale its business, extend its brand and reach new markets.

Last month, Capgemini implemented a new equipment and supply online ordering system for Domino’s Pizza franchisees.
