NetSuite launches SuiteCommerce InStore

American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), Colette by Colette Hayman and Qlik have deployed NetSuite OneWorld, meanwhile Billabong has selected NetSuite SuiteCommerce.

Also, NetSuite has launched InStore, the first system that integrates omnichannel capabilities into point-of-sale (POS) solution and unifies the online and in-store customer journey.

NetSuite has designed SuiteCommerce InStore to empower the sales associate and elevate the shopper’s brand experience.

Customers will have better service and product knowledge with the full omnichannel commerce experience into the retail storefront. Company officials said that SuiteCommerce InStore will also unify the online and in store experiences.

Wrigleyville Sports, The Noerr Programs and Lovesac have already deployed SuiteCommerce InStore.

Meanwhile, Billabong has selected NetSuite SuiteCommerce to help transform customer interaction with its brands.

NetSuite’s SuiteCommerce platform will provide omnichannel experience across its wholesale, retail and e-commerce operations.

Billabong will have scalable order management solution which allows to utilize its inventory more effectively. Billabong can monitor and manage each of its branded global websites from one single platform that can support up to 190 currencies, 19 languages with NetSuite SuiteCommerce.

Additionally, GBT has deployed NetSuite OneWorld to run its entire global financial operations and will power its core end to end financial processes.

NetSuite OneWorld will provide real time global financial consolidation, multicurrency management, role based information delivery and real time analytics and reporting to GBT.

Also, NetSuite OneWorld will help Colette Hayman to transform its rapidly expanding international operations. The Australian brand will replace its POS systems in 111 wholly-owned stores across Australia, core ERP and Financial applications at the company’s head office as well as a number of Excel spreadsheets and home-grown applications.

Colette will use NetSuite OneWorld for tax compliance in Australia and will also run financial consolidation, inventory management, order management and warehouse management.

Additionally, Qlik will manage its mission-critical business processes around the world, including global financial consolidation, sales quoting, invoicing, fixed assets and contract renewals for over 25 subsidiaries across more than 100 countries with NetSuite OneWorld replacing Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).

Qlik will also leverage the SuiteCloud development platform to develop an integrated solution combining the Qlik visual analytics platform with NetSuite. Qlik will deliver a combination of the global cloud based financials of NetSuite OneWorld.
