NCR software for self-service device networks management

Consumer transaction technologies company NCR Corporation has introduced mobile-device software that gives bank and credit union executives instant access to the management and performance of their self-service device networks. The software named NCR Pulse Banking presents data from enterprise management applications such as NCR APTRA Vision to an iOS or Android device. It helps improve network device management efficiency, performance, and business decisions, generating increased revenue, a company statement said.

NCR Pulse Banking includes network performance analytics for executives, incident management data, geographic status display and system status alerts for network managers and operations staff.

“From the help desk to the boardroom, NCR Pulse Banking helps financial institutions make better business decision faster, by presenting them with their network analytics on an easy-to-use, mobile platform,” said Vincent Pugliese, vice president and General Manager of Systems Management software, NCR Financial Services.

Pulse Banking eliminates the need to install different apps to synthesise data as it integrates disparate data streams. The app is free to download and requires use of NCR APTRA Vision, a multi-vendor self-service device management software application.
