Wissol Group has selected NCR Corporation for its cloud enabled restaurant solutions.
The solution will help to drive growth at Wendy’s and Dunkin’ Donuts franchise businesses in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia.
The Wendy’s and Dunkin’ Donuts franchisor said 11 Wendy’s Georgia and 20 Dunkin’ Donuts Georgia restaurants will have NCR cloud software and hardware by the end of 2015.
Wissol Group will manage day to day transactions and gain insight into the performance of its business with the new solution.
NCR will provide restaurant solutions, Aloha restaurant suite software to run the restaurant business more efficiently and enhance customer engagement.
The solution has NCR Aloha hospitality software suite including loud based POS configuration, monitoring and management tools.
The management team of Wissol Group can have visibility into its day to day operations with NCR Pulse Real Time, a cloud based mobile app which will enable to make better decisions that directly impact the bottom line.
With NCR Back Office, a cloud based solution, Wissol management can manage inventory levels, maintain labor schedules and enhance accounting and payroll processes.
The franchisor has also deployed NCR P1230POS terminals and the NCR Vitalcast digital signage solution to create and share promotions, advertisements and event information to improve customer engagement.
“We are able to focus on our customers and expanding our operations in the fast food market in Georgia as we open more Wendy’s and Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant this year,” said Samson Pkhakadze, president at Wissol Group.
Last month, Zing Leisure, Burger King Franchise selected NCR restaurant technology to improve customer experience and the efficiency of its business across 18 restaurants.
In January this year, NCR Corporation announced Jake’s Finer Foods, a foodservice distributor serving Texas and Louisiana is using NCR Power Delivery to automate the process of food =service delivery.
