Microsoft adds new clients for Dynamics 365 ERP solution in India

Microsoft software for enterpriseSoftware major Microsoft India today said Max Healthcare, Yes Bank, Reliance Life Insurance, SOTC, VLCC, Cloudnine Group of Hospitals, Annik and Mastek are some of the customers of Dynamics 365 ERP solution.

Nearly 55 retail and DMS customers serving 74 retail brands, empowering 14,000 outlets, enabling 25,000 users in India are utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP software.

Enterprises in the retail, e-commerce, BFSI and manufacturing sectors are selecting Dynamics 365 for their digital transformation.

Microsoft is selling Dynamics 365, launched globally in October this year, as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) from local datacenters in India. The cloud based suite of applications integrates CRM and ERP capabilities to provide advanced data analytics, machine learning and intelligence to companies in India.

“Our retail, BFSI and manufacturing customers don’t need to invest in expensive deployments to start their digital transformation. We have built Dynamics 365 to deliver the most advanced analytics and machine learning intelligence capabilities to our customers in India,” said Peter Gartenberg, general manager, Enterprise Business, Microsoft India.

Microsoft is offering the app-based subscription model customers. They could save 4 to 5 times the cost of traditional CRM providers. Customers will have the option to choose which of the apps they adopt so they can scale on demand.

Businesses that use digital transformation generate an average of $100 million (or 8 percent points) more operating income each year than those who do not. Dynamics 365 offers a cost-effective and agile solution that enables personalization and productivity, allows real-time innovation, delivers deeper insights, and adapts to business needs.
