Anne McCormack, CEO of Mecwacare, emphasized the project’s importance in maintaining the organization’s 65-year legacy while addressing evolving industry needs. The transformation will implement a unified platform across mecwacare’s range of services, integrating Salesforce and Workday to optimize operations and support person-centred care.

The platform will revolutionize service delivery, allowing clients to “age in place” with tailored care, supported by technology. This data-driven approach will empower mecwacare employees to make informed decisions at the point of care, improving both service quality and operational efficiency.

Jane Livesey, Cognizant’s Head of Asia Pacific and Japan, noted that the collaboration highlights mecwacare’s commitment to meeting the increasing needs of clients and families.

Andrew Hill, VP of Salesforce for Nonprofits APAC, and Jo-Anne Ruhl, VP and Managing Director of Workday Australia and New Zealand, echoed the benefits of unified platforms for improving operational visibility and driving impact in the aged care sector.
