Maxthon releases latest cross-platform browser for iPad

Infotech Lead America: Global software firm Maxthon announced the release of the new Maxthon browser for the iPad.

The latest Maxthon browser for tablets provides cross-platform synching, enhanced performance and a convenient way to surf the Web with simple gestures.

Maxthon for iPad is available for free download in iTunes.

With Maxthon for iPad , users can sync favorites or bookmarks across Windows, Android, BlackBerry, Kindle Fire, iPhone and iPad. Other key features include Touch Screen Browsing, Unlimited Tab Browsing, Home Page Personalization and Screenshot Grab.

The Find in Page option helps users search highlighted texts in web pages. Reader Mode removes ads and creates a user-friendly format for reading articles and news stories. The browser also comes with more search engine options.

In addition to these Maxthon for iPad supports internationalized domain names and delivers improved download speed.

“Building on our success with iOS and the popularity of our new iPhone browser, Maxthon for iPad makes Apple’s famed tablet even better,” said Jeff Chen, CEO of Maxthon. “Our iPad Web browser transcends the walled environment of standard, preloaded browsers and brings the Web to everyone.”
