Mahindra Satyam signs managed services deal with Bridgestone Europe

Infotech Lead India: Mahindra Satyam has signed a new managed services deal with Bridgestone Europe.

As per the new multiyear contract, Mahindra Satyam will work on SAP based mission critical applications for Bridgestone Europe.

Mahindra Satyam will support Bridgestone in sales, planning procurement and finance functions.

“We look forward to continuing to receive high level of professionalism and commitment in the services from Mahindra Satyam and its associates that we have experienced over the past 8 years,” said Joe O’Neill, IT director, Bridgestone Europe.

Since 2005, Mahindra Satyam has been working with Bridgestone since providing IT application development and support services.

Europe is an important IT market for Mahindra Satyam. In FY 2012-13, 23 percent of its total earnings came from Europe. Banking, aerospace and defense sectors are contributing to Mahindra Satyam’s growth in Europe.
