MACH Energy has launched cloud based energy management software, MACH Energy Insights, which provides real-time energy data analytics.
The MACH Energy Insights is designed to automate tenant billing, reduce complications in budget and variance reporting while saving time and money.
MACH’s products are currently managing iconic landmarks, hotels and office buildings nationwide, including Brookfield Place, the San Francisco Ferry Building, the Willard Hotel, and Washington Harbour.
The company said Insights’ capabilities include automated tenant billing, budget and variance reporting, real time monitoring for electricity, water, gas, and steam systems, supports batch data and manual inputs and portfolio management.
The Insights capabilities also provide unique cost-saving initiatives that identify problems in operations and provides easy mobile access and push notifications.
Company officials said Insights does not require building access and can be installed in number of days, also there is no set-up fee in many geographical areas.
“Insights enable property managers, building engineers and operators to overcome the challenges by automating tenant billing and sub metering, while also increasing their ENERGY STAR scores,” said Walt G. Homan, CEO of MACH Energy.
