Kronos has been ranked the leading worldwide supplier of workforce management solutions, according to IHS report.
The company has gained 37 percent of Americas market share and 25 percent of worldwide market share. Kronos has reported a 10 percent increase in revenues in Fiscal 2013, versus IHS’s 5.2-percent forecasted growth for the market.

Driven by a relentless focus across its engineering, services, and sales organizations, Kronos product bookings in the SMB sector increased 37 percent over the past 12 months. During this timeframe, Kronos added more than 2,800 organizations to its SMB customer community.
Since launching Workforce Ready in 2012, Kronos has made significant enhancements to the platform including a new workflow engine, support for global workforce management, automation of employee leave management, and a new tool that helps SMBs proactively manage their Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance strategy.
Helping European SMBs control labor costs, minimize compliance risk, and improve productivity, Workforce Ready is now available in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom (U.K.).
