Real estate developer Kalpataru has deployed Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud to streamline its recruiting process and hire quickly.
The real estate company has 1,200 employees and is looking at hiring more.
To help in hiring more candidates quickly and build talent pools, Kalpataru has opted for Oracle HCM Cloud, including Oracle Global Human Resources (HR) Cloud and Oracle Talent Management Cloud.
The cloud deployment enabled Kalpataru’s HR division to focus on strategic and developmental facets of HR that fulfil employee satisfaction and company goals, with Oracle HCM Cloud managing HR’s transactional aspects at the back end.

Kalpataru HR team can access details on devices like an iPad.
