The initiative is aimed at unifying customer engagement, enhancing productivity, and driving revenue growth across Jaquar’s global operations. By adopting Salesforce’s AI-powered, mobile-first platform, Jaquar will streamline operations and connect siloed data sources to create a 360-degree customer view.

Key elements of the transformation include the implementation of Consumer Goods Cloud for sales efficiency, CPQ and Partner Community Cloud for improved pricing and partner collaboration, and Field Service for enhanced service delivery. Tableau will be used to power real-time, data-led decisions across sales and service functions.

This strategic shift supports Jaquar’s vision to become a connected, intelligent enterprise. According to CIO Ninad Raje, the initiative reimagines Jaquar’s business model by embedding intelligence across all operational and customer-facing functions.

The transformation aligns with Salesforce’s Agentforce platform vision — using AI agents to amplify human productivity and business outcomes.
