GTT Communications

GTT Communications announced that it is providing managed SD-WAN service to connect 16 schools and a central data center administrated by Charter School Associates (CSA) in Florida.

GTT SD-WAN provides CSA with cost-effective connectivity to transport vital information supporting school administration and course curriculums. The service enhances network performance, improves access to cloud applications and reduces the amount of IT resources CSA requires to operate its wide area network.

Amazon Web Services

Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced that Emirates NBD, a bank in the Middle East, has selected AWS to use AWS machine learning (ML) services to build a personalized retail customer banking experience. Emirates NBD will also utilize AWS data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other advanced technologies as part of its efforts to engage with customers and simplify banking.

Limelight Networks

Limelight Networks announced that MX Player used Limelight’s Content Delivery Network (CDN) to provide a seamless and a broadcast quality experience to viewers watching the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections in India.

OZ

OZ, a consulting company enhancing customer experiences through digital wizardry, has announced a digital partnership with Medallia, the global experience management leader. The strategic partnership will enable both companies to deliver digital customer experiences (CX) that drive business impact.

Goby

Five Guys, the international handcrafted burgers and fries restaurant, has selected Goby, an AP Automation platform, to automate, and optimize their utility bill workflows and processes at nearly 500 Five Guys locations across North America.

Infogain

Infogain, a provider of technology solutions, announced a deal with a consumer products company in Japan with annual revenues of $19.2 billion, to establish a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence and automate certain business processes.

GlobalWorx

GlobalWorx, a collaboration platform for the store-level control of fast-moving consumer goods, announces Food City (K-VA-T) is adopting the GlobalWorx OOS-Alert solution across its retail locations.

GlobalWorx will help Food City and its direct store delivery (DSD) suppliers increase revenue and strengthen customer satisfaction by communicating out of stock situations and other store service related issues.
