IT deals: TomTom, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Oracle, FICO

TomTom, Soderberg & Partners, Fujitsu Network, Toshiba Global Commerce, Guidewire Software, Accenture, Qt Company, Oracle, Persistent Systems, Amplifi, FICO, Performitiv, among others, announced their latest IT deals or technology deployments.
IT deals

TomTom

TomTom, location technology company, announced its deal with MG India to power the MG Connected Car, launching in May 2019. MG India will also be the launch customer for TomTom’s TomTom IQ Maps service.

Soderberg & Partners

Soderberg & Partners, a distributor of insurance and financial products, has selected the Charles River Investment Management Solution (Charles River IMS) to improve its investment servicing offering.

Toshiba Global

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions said it is enhancing the customer experience for Value Center grocery shoppers. Value Center has improved store revenues and operating efficiency after the deployment of Toshiba Self-Checkout Systems units at two store locations.

Fujitsu Network

Fujitsu Network Communications announced that West Corporation, a provider of communication and network infrastructure services, deployed the 1FINITY and Virtuora platforms in a live 200G data center interconnect (DCI) network.

Guidewire Software

Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance has selected Guidewire Software for the deployment of Guidewire InsuranceNow. The deployment of the Guidewire InsurancePlatform, delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution via Guidewire Cloud, will enable OKFB Insurance to enhance customer service.

Accenture

Accenture has helped Del Monte Foods gain more visibility into its IT operations, access real-time customer insights to inform decision making, reduce IT spending costs by up to 35 percent, and increase operating efficiencies.

Accenture helped Del Monte Foods to streamline their operations by migrating hundreds of applications including Del Monte Foods’ critical SAP ERP Central Component system to Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Qt Company

The Qt Company announced that Neusoft Corporation, an IT-enabled innovative solution and service provider from China, has selected Qt’s software development framework as one of the foundations for Neusoft’s automotive digital instrument clusters.

Oracle

Prada Group has selected Oracle to deploy Oracle advanced technological solutions that will support efficiency throughout all of Prada Group’s core retail processes. They will also help the company analyze historical data and current market demands across its global retail network of 634 stores.

Persistent Systems

Persistent Systems has won a Network Modernization Contract from the U.S. Army Network Cross-Functional Team (N-CFT).

Amplifi

Amplifi, a strategy and information management consultancy, announced its deal with Kaman Distribution Group to provide design and implementation services to support their MDM program.

Performitiv

Apex Tool Group (ATG), a manufacturer of hand and power tools, selected Performitiv to measure the impact and performance of strategic programs. Performitiv’s technology solution will assist ATG to automate the learning measurement process and deliver data-driven insights to the talent development team.

FICO

FICO announced its deal with T-Mobile US to use the FICO Cyber Risk Score as a key quantitative risk metric in its vendor management program.

Jack Henry & Associates

Jack Henry & Associates, a provider of technology solutions and payment processing services, announced its deal with Louisville, Ky.-based Commonwealth Bank & Trust to provide the support, services, and efficiencies for the bank.
The bank has selected the SilverLake System in an outsourced environment to streamline operations. They will replace many third-party solutions with Jack Henry’s  platform, gaining integrations and enhanced workflows from the open infrastructure.

OneTrust

OneTrust announced INTO University Partnerships, an independent organization focused on expanding higher education opportunities for students, has selected OneTrust for its global privacy compliance efforts. INTO selected OneTrust’s Assessment Automation (PIA/DPIAs), Data Mapping and Cookie Consent and Website Scanning modules to manage compliance and streamline privacy across their global entities.

Serco

Serco, a provider of technology, and management services, has won a $82.3 billion order to manage, configure, deploy, sustain, and enhance NexGen IT program solutions for Air Force (AF) Civil Engineering (CE).

Iron Mountain

Iron Mountain announced its support for a digitization project and exhibition for the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Oatlands Historic House and Gardens, a National Trust Historic Site.

Trimble

Trimble announced its deal with Aibel for the deployment of Trimble’s Tekla Structures Building Information Modeling (BIM) software for the Johan Sverdrup P2 oil field construction project.

NorthScope ERP

NorthScope ERP upgraded its Fisherman Accounting features for Alaska Seafood Processors. While its entire list of new features from Q1 expands beyond Fisherman Accounting, the biggest upgrades were to NorthScope’s management of eLandings integration and Fish Ticket data entry.

Infolob Solutions

Infolob Solutions, a digital consulting organization, announced that they have gone live with an Oracle Cloud project for Allegheny Intermediate Unit (AIU) of Pennsylvania.

Jelurida

Henkel has selected Jelurida to build the capacity of product and IT teams to understand, approach, and implement blockchain solutions.

Pintec Technology

Pintec Technology announced its deal with East West Bank to provide digital banking services and support the bank in its digital transformation. PINTEC will apply its big data and artificial intelligence technologies to develop customized services for East West Bank.
