Fiserv
Fiserv announced it will supply biometric technology to Merck Sharp & Dohme Federal Credit Union for enhancing convenience and security for members and staff. Merck Sharp & Dohme utilizes three Verifast biometric authentication solutions from Fiserv, including Verifast Branch for member authentication, and Verifast SSO to authenticate its employees across its internal computer systems.
Sprint
Sprint, a leading wireless operator, has been selected by the Department of Health and Human Services for the State of Nevada to provide Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) and Captioned Telephone (CapTel) service.
AudioCodes
AudioCodes, a vendor of voice networking and media processing solutions for the digital workplace, announced that Delta Electronics, a provider of power and thermal management solutions headquartered in Taiwan, has selected NTT Taiwan and AudioCodes to deliver a global Microsoft Skype for Business unified communications and collaboration (UCC) solution. Delta is deploying MPLS from NTT Taiwan, along with AudioCodes’ One Voice for Microsoft 365portfolio for voice enablement of the Skype for Business UCC solution.
Unisys
Unisys announced that Bancolombia has selected Unisys to support the bank’s digital transformation. Unisys will provide secure digital workplace service capabilities supporting more than 24,000 employees, including a help desk that processes more than 150,000 human resources and IT operations interactions per month.
LiveSafe
LiveSafe, a risk intelligence and safety communications platform, has won a tech deal from D.C. Public Schools to support student safety initiative in Washington, D.C. D.C. Public Schools is deploying LiveSafe to support students’ requests to send emergency alerts, share their walking or riding status with others, and flag concerns for other students using a shared map.
FPT
FPT, a leading IT firm in Southeast Asia, announced digital transformation agreement with DPDgroup, the second largest parcel delivery network in Europe. FPT will be reviewing the IT system of DPDgroup before deploying the digital technology platform IT4EM2 to improve business performance across 12 countries. FPT will work together with DPDgroup in big data analysis and help the client build the data architecture to become a data-driven business.
