Spok, a healthcare communications company, announced that North York General Hospital has implemented Spok Care Connect contact center solutions to increase operator efficiency and help improve the delivery of care for their patients.


Citadel has selected the Avaya Oceana customer engagement solution to enhance its member experience and servicing capabilities. Avaya Oceana allows Citadel to deliver multi-channel member service through the integration of its call center and digital communications.


360 Rail Services, a provider of engineering, construction, operations and maintenance services for the rail industry, has selected Ardenna’s Rail Defect Detection SaaS for integration with their new drone-based rail yard inspection service offering. Ardenna is a provider of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based defect detection software.


Capgemini is working with Oracle NetSuite to help Max Finkelstein (MFI), a distributor of top tire brands, to migrate its on-premise enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to the cloud.


Gap has partnered with Oracle to deploy Oracle Retail Merchandising Cloud Service and Oracle Retail Integration Cloud Service, powered by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, to drive operational agility and furnish the Banana Republic business teams with better intelligence.

SAP announced that NPC International, the world’s largest Pizza Hut and Wendy’s franchisee, has implemented SAP SuccessFactors solutions for human capital management (HCM) and SAP S/4HANA Cloud for enterprise resource planning (ERP) to streamline operations.
